About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what keeps a fast-paced Dubai office running like clockwork? That's where you come in. We're looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to join us in our Business Bay office—a vibrant hub at the heart of one of the city’s most dynamic business communities. If you take pride in organization, enjoy supporting teams, and find satisfaction in making things a little easier for everyone… this might be the role you've been waiting for.
About the Company
At our firm, we believe that productivity and positivity go hand in hand. We’re a close-knit team that values professionalism, clarity, and good humor—morning coffee chats are encouraged, not just tolerated. As a steady presence in Business Bay, we’re growing steadily but never at the expense of our collaborative spirit. You’ll find that no two days here are exactly alike, but every day you’ll know you’re a valued part of what makes our engine run.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact—whether greeting visitors, answering phone calls, or managing the office inbox, you set the tone for helpfulness.
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and making sure everyone is where they need to be (with everything they need in hand).
- Drafting correspondence, formatting documents, and preparing reports—accuracy and clarity are your trademarks.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed (you’ll have a sixth sense for when the printer’s running low).
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing, keeping our paperwork neat and tidy.
- Organizing files (both digital and hard copies) so they’re easily accessible for everyone.
- Helping support travel arrangements and planning small company events.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous administrative or office support experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- A knack for organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)—and an openness to picking up any new tools we use.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly, helpful attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with office management software or tools (like Google Workspace).
- Experience in a dynamic, multicultural work environment—extra points for Dubai or UAE experience!
- A bit of creative problem-solving when things get hectic.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and the stability of a full-time role in a prime Dubai location.
- Supportive, welcoming colleagues who genuinely care about each other’s success.
- Standard office hours with some flexibility as needed—because work-life balance matters.
- Opportunities to grow with us, learn new skills, and take on new challenges.
- Well-stocked kitchen, team lunches, and the occasional birthday cake.
- Modern office space in Business Bay (and easy access to the Metro).
We know the value of someone who keeps the wheels turning smoothly. Here, your organizational superpowers won’t go unnoticed—and you’ll always have a team cheering you on.
