Join Us as an Administrative Assistant in Deira, Dubai
Looking to make your mark in one of Dubai’s busiest business districts? We’re looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant who thrives on the buzz of an active office—and knows that a well-run workspace keeps everything else moving. If you enjoy being the steady hand at the center of a bustling team, this opportunity might just feel like home.
About Us
Nestled in the heart of Deira, our office is an energetic hub where no two days look quite the same. We're a tightly-knit group who believes that big results start with small, thoughtful details—like a perfectly organized file or a friendly greeting at the door. Sure, we take our work seriously, but you’ll also hear laughter trickling out of the break room (our tea game is pretty strong, by the way). We’re committed to professionalism, but never at the expense of warmth, support, or the occasional celebratory lunch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and updating records.
- Coordinate calendars and help schedule meetings, juggling priorities with a smile.
- Keep essential documents—contracts, invoices, employee records—organized and securely stored.
- Support team communications: draft emails, handle incoming calls, and relay messages efficiently.
- Assist with basic office management, from tracking supplies to ensuring the printer is always ready to go.
- Welcome visitors and help create a positive first impression.
- Pitch in with day-to-day support for colleagues—because teamwork is how we roll.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially, always upholding company standards.
What You’ll Bring

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication in English (and bonus points for Arabic).
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude—friendly, polite, and approachable.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with office procedures in the UAE.

- Paid leave and all required allowances as per UAE labor law.
- Supportive, close-knit team with genuine respect for work-life balance.
- Central office location in Deira—easy to reach and surrounded by great lunchtime spots.
