About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious about what it really takes to guide entrepreneurs through the bustling world of Dubai’s business scene? At Tafeel Businessmen Services, we’re on the lookout for a driven female Business Consultant ready to champion our clients as they navigate company setup, government processes, and all the little intricacies in between. If you’re passionate about helping others succeed (and you’ve got a talent for turning complex procedures into clear wins), this is the opportunity for you.

About the Company

Tafeel Businessmen Services isn’t your run-of-the-mill consultancy — we’re a close-knit team dedicated to making the business setup experience in Dubai as smooth and empowering as possible. Our days are fueled by curiosity, teamwork, and a genuine investment in our clients’ long-term success. We celebrate wins together, swap stories after tough negotiations, and yes—our legendary coffee breaks are often where the magic happens. Here, your ideas matter and initiative is always welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guiding clients through every step of the business setup process, from paperwork to the final stamp.
  • Advising on economic and administrative procedures — translating government jargon into plain, manageable steps.
  • Handling a variety of government transactions efficiently, keeping clients updated (and stress levels low).
  • Using your negotiation and persuasion skills to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Generating leads and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborating regularly with our supportive team to brainstorm solutions, share updates, and celebrate those “deal closed!” moments.
  • Keeping track of client records and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Female, aged between 25–35 years (in line with specific team and client requirements).
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in business setup, economic procedures, administrative consulting, or government transaction handling — ideally in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities—you know how to make things happen.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset plus a sense of humor for those occasional curveballs.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Existing network in Dubai’s business or administrative services field.
  • Knowledge of the latest business setup trends, laws, or government requirements in the UAE.
  • Comfortable learning new CRM or business tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Supportive, energetic team that celebrates your wins (big and small).
  • Regular training and professional development — we invest in your growth.
  • Comfortable, modern office in Dubai, with flexible working hours.
  • Opportunities to expand your network and take on bigger projects as you grow.
  • Occasional group lunches, plenty of laughter, and zero tolerance for dull days.

At Tafeel, you’ll find the perfect blend of challenge, camaraderie, and career-building. If you’re ready to shape the business landscape of Dubai—one client at a time—we can’t wait to meet you.
