What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily shipments and deliveries, making sure all routes are planned efficiently.
- Communicating with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to stay ahead of any possible hiccups.
- Updating shipment records, delivery statuses, and inventory logs in our system—accuracy matters here.
- Problem-solving when delays pop up (and they do!), working closely with team leaders to find practical solutions.
- Supporting paperwork processing for customs or documentation as required under UAE logistics laws.
- Keeping a close eye on vehicle and driver schedules to maximize smooth operations.
- Assisting with incoming inquiries from clients or vendors, offering friendly and prompt updates.
