What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the right meeting rooms or contact points — your welcoming smile sets the tone!
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting with routine clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring workstations are stocked and tidy. (Ever noticed how the little things make a big difference?)
- Supporting colleagues with scheduling and calendar management, including room bookings and appointments.

What You’ll Bring

- Currently residing within the UAE (we’re looking for someone ready to jump in soon!)
