About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious about what it’s like to keep the wheels turning at one of Dubai’s most iconic business addresses? If you’re someone who thrives on structure, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in staying organized, our Office Assistant position at the World Trade Center might be the perfect next chapter in your career. This isn’t just a role — it’s a front-row seat to the daily energy and diversity of a truly global workplace. Ready to make an impactful difference where it matters most? Let’s talk.

About the Company

Here at our World Trade Center office, we’re more than just a reputed organization – we’re a lively mix of professionals from all walks of life. Our team values reliability, teamwork, and a calm head in the sometimes-fast-paced world of office operations. Whether it’s sharing lunch stories in our sunny pantry nook or collaborating to meet a last-minute deadline, there’s a camaraderie here that makes even the busiest days feel rewarding. We believe in nurturing talent from within and making every team member feel genuinely valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the right meeting rooms or contact points — your welcoming smile sets the tone!
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with routine clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring workstations are stocked and tidy. (Ever noticed how the little things make a big difference?)
  • Supporting colleagues with scheduling and calendar management, including room bookings and appointments.
  • Keeping basic records updated — from inventory logs to visitor lists — so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Pitching in with special projects or company events as needed. We love a team player who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Currently residing within the UAE (we’re looking for someone ready to jump in soon!)
  • Basic computer literacy: navigating email, using Word, and handling simple spreadsheets
  • Good organizational habits and attention to detail — you color-code your to-do lists, don’t you?
  • Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
  • A reliable, approachable personality; someone people naturally trust with small (and not-so-small) tasks

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Familiarity with office equipment (scanners, copiers, etc.)
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, or another language is always a plus in our multicultural team!)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 2300–3800, depending on experience)
  • Standard company benefits according to UAE labor law (think paid leave, health coverage, and more)
  • A welcoming, supportive team environment where you’re truly part of the family
  • Prime World Trade Center location — easy access, impressive surroundings, and plenty of networking potential
  • Room to grow: we encourage learning, development, and internal mobility
  • Regular staff gatherings and a spirit of collaboration that keeps things friendly, not formal

We genuinely care about our team’s well-being and success, believing that a positive workplace builds the best results. If you’re looking for more than “just a job,” you’ll find your fit with us.
