What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily hospital operations to ensure the facility runs efficiently and safely
- Coordinating communication and workflow between departments—including nursing, administration, and support services
- Serving as a responsive point-of-contact for staff on shift, handling immediate concerns or incidents as they arise
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring everyone is informed on policies, procedures, and updates
- Monitoring patient admission and discharge processes to guarantee a smooth, patient-friendly experience
- Implementing hospital protocols and quality standards, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Preparing shift reports and collaborating with management on operational planning
- Supporting in emergency situations by ensuring rapid mobilization of teams and resources
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within a hospital or healthcare facility
- Strong communication and coordination skills; you’re a natural “people person”
- Ability to make decisions under pressure, staying calm and solutions-focused
- Familiarity with hospital operations, safety protocols, and patient care workflows
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); other languages a plus
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work experience in the UAE healthcare sector
- Nursing or healthcare management education/certification
- Knowledge of local labor laws and health regulations
