What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily clerical tasks such as sorting correspondence, preparing documents, and managing files to keep our workflow smooth.
- Greeting visitors and assisting with queries, helping everyone who steps into our office feel welcome.
- Supporting meeting schedules, booking conference spaces, and ensuring everyone has what they need for productive sessions.
- Entering and updating data with care and accuracy, whether it’s in spreadsheets or internal systems.
- Assisting various departments with basic admin work — no two days are exactly the same!
- Maintaining supply inventories and coordinating minor office needs so the little things never slow us down.

- Currently residing in the UAE, ready to start soon.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (think: email, Microsoft Office, simple databases).
