Have you ever imagined yourself thriving in one of Dubai’s most iconic business hubs? As an Administrative Staff member at our respected organization in the World Trade Center, you won’t just be ticking boxes — you’ll be supporting smooth operations smack in the center of Dubai’s bustling professional community. With a competitive salary and the opportunity to grow in an esteemed setting, this could be your next great career chapter.

About the Company

We’re more than just a nameplate on the World Trade Center directory. Our team is a mix of go-getters and quietly dedicated problem-solvers, all bound by a shared commitment to reliability and collaboration. From the first coffee in the break room to our informal check-ins (because feedback should be a two-way street), we value clarity, respect, and a bit of daily humor to keep things moving. As a well-established organization, stability is in our DNA — but we never let that stop us from exploring better ways to work together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling daily clerical tasks such as sorting correspondence, preparing documents, and managing files to keep our workflow smooth.
  • Greeting visitors and assisting with queries, helping everyone who steps into our office feel welcome.
  • Supporting meeting schedules, booking conference spaces, and ensuring everyone has what they need for productive sessions.
  • Entering and updating data with care and accuracy, whether it’s in spreadsheets or internal systems.
  • Assisting various departments with basic admin work — no two days are exactly the same!
  • Maintaining supply inventories and coordinating minor office needs so the little things never slow us down.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Currently residing in the UAE, ready to start soon.
    • Comfortable using basic computer applications (think: email, Microsoft Office, simple databases).
    • Strong organization skills — you know how to keep track of details without breaking a sweat.
    • A friendly, approachable attitude and the knack for keeping things running behind the scenes.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous administrative or office experience in a UAE setting.
    • Some knowledge of office management software or simple ERP systems.
    • Experience dealing with a multicultural environment.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, dependable salary range: AED2800–4500 per month.
  • All the standard benefits you expect (per UAE labor law) — including paid leave and end-of-service gratuity.
  • Learn alongside a diverse team from across the world — you’ll never run out of lunch conversation topics.
  • Centrally located office with easy access to public transport, cafes, and the pulse of Dubai’s business scene.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills, whether you’re aiming for stability or looking to carve out a future in office management.

Our team celebrates achievements big and small and believes that everyone’s role is essential to our collective success. If you’re eager to make a real, visible impact while building your career, let’s talk.
