What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the daily schedule: coordinate meetings, appointments, and reminders for the management team.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle emails—your friendly attitude makes a difference here.
- Prepare professional reports and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maintain accurate data entry of records, customer information, and transactions.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks — think invoice prep, petty cash tracking, and update expense sheets.
- Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
- Support in organizing office files, supplies, and internal communications.
