- Handling basic HR-related queries for both resident staff and our international hires.
- Contributing fresh ideas during team meetings—yes, we want your input!
- Assisting with onboarding processes for newcomers to make their first days as smooth as possible.
- Occasionally pitching in on event planning (because who doesn’t love a good team lunch or tech panel?).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience (at least 1–2 years) in an administrative role, ideally within marketing or management.
- Prior work in a tech-related company, or the readiness to quickly adapt to a digital-first environment.
- Good command of English (minimum 50% proficiency, spoken and written).
- UAE residency or a valid visit visa (all genders welcome to apply).
- Organizational skills so sharp, they may win you an unofficial office award.
- Comfort juggling multiple projects without losing your cool.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with common digital marketing tools (think Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva).
- An eye for detail when it comes to data entry, document formatting, or event logistics.
- Additional languages always a bonus, especially Arabic.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
