What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and a smile—first impressions matter to us!
  • Managing appointment schedules, patient records, and daily clinic correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
  • Coordinating between departments to ensure smooth clinic operations—think of yourself as the glue that holds the team together.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory of office supplies.
  • Supporting the medical team by organizing meetings, preparing materials, and keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Addressing patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with empathy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring all reception and waiting areas stay tidy, welcoming, and organized.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role, ideally in a medical or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!).
  • A polished, professional appearance and friendly demeanor—people skills are a must.
  • Confident with computer systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Currently residing in the UAE (we are only considering local candidates at this time).
