About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to support the smooth operations behind a chocolate factory? As our new Admin Assistant in Al Quasis, Dubai, you’ll get an inside look at the heart of one of the city’s tastiest industries—accidentally sampling a few chocolates along the way is a distinct possibility! We’re looking for both men and women who are motivated to keep things running effortlessly, and who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves for whatever the day brings. If you have basic English skills and a knack for organization, this could be your sweet spot.
About the Company
Our chocolate factory isn’t just about producing treats—it’s about creating moments of joy and sharing them with people across the UAE (and, occasionally, with each other on a lunch break). Located in bustling Al Quasis, the factory team is a lively mix of hard workers from around the globe. We’re a business that values reliability, honesty, and a good sense of humor (trust us, it helps). Whether it’s a quick team chat in the break area or our shared excitement over a new flavor launch, we believe every day should have a bit of sweetness.

- Supporting the HR and accounts departments with basic paperwork and documentation.
- Making sure the office and common areas are kept tidy, with supplies always on hand (you might be the unsung hero!).
- Assisting with organizing factory events or staff meetings (and, occasionally, getting to taste the chocolate for “research” purposes).
What You’ll Bring
- Basic English language skills—enough to read, write, and understand simple office requests.
- A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and document management.
- Good organization skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and flexibility to help wherever needed.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
