What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude—your smile sets the tone!
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for multiple clinicians.
- Keep confidential records organized and up-to-date (accuracy matters in healthcare).
- Manage incoming calls and respond swiftly to inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with insurance claims processing and billing—no detail too small.
- Help maintain an orderly, inviting reception area (you know it’s the little touches).
- Pitch in during busy periods with whatever needs doing—teamwork first.
- Coordinate with other staff on day-to-day clinic operations; think of yourself as the glue that keeps us all together.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (healthcare setting is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus.

- Residing in the UAE and eligible for full-time employment.
