What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and making sure everyone feels at home — whether they’re team members or delivery partners
- Managing daily office tasks: document filing, data entry, and keeping records updated
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails with a professional yet approachable touch
- Coordinating schedules and meetings for the management team
- Assisting with basic HR tasks, like maintaining attendance records and helping onboard new hires
- Supporting procurement needs — from ordering supplies to checking inventory

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
- Basic knowledge of Arabic
