What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing daily office tasks: From answering calls to handling invoices, you’ll keep our admin engine humming.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and delivery teams to make sure orders run smoothly, no detail overlooked.
  • Assisting management with scheduling, document preparation, and data entry — accuracy is your superpower.
  • Monitoring inventory records and updating logs; you’ll be the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Greeting visitors and supporting meeting arrangements so our first impression is always a good one.
  • Handling confidential information with trust and professionalism, respecting the business at every turn.
  • Lending a hand wherever needed — sometimes things move fast, and we all pitch in.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role (food and beverage sector is a plus, but not required)
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills in English — clear, friendly, and professional
  • Organized work style and knack for managing multiple tasks on a tight schedule
  • Positive attitude; ready to adapt and learn on the fly

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in Dubai’s food and beverage or FMCG industry
