What You’ll Be Doing

  • Juggling phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to ensure every client and candidate feels welcome and supported
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and travel bookings for a busy team (sometimes it’s like a friendly game of Tetris)
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records, files, and reports — because details matter
  • Assisting with document processing for work visas, contracts, and general office paperwork
  • Supporting recruitment activities by organizing interviews and following up with applicants
  • Lending a hand with everything from event planning to the occasional coffee run — everyone pitches in here

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience as an admin assistant or in a similar office-support role
