What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the backbone to our daily office operations—handling correspondence, managing schedules, and supporting the team with administrative tasks big and small
- Maintaining digital and paper files, keeping the records system organized and up-to-date
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assisting with travel arrangements, event coordination, and supplies inventory
- Jumping in to help colleagues when priorities shift (because teamwork is how we get things done)
- Learning new systems or software to streamline our processes—your curiosity is welcome here!
What You’ll Bring

- You’re currently living in the UAE
