What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day office operations—from answering calls to keeping files and records tidy and accessible.
  • Assisting with scheduling—helping coordinate meetings, calendars, and appointments so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Supporting HR and recruitment processes—preparing documents, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring employment files are up-to-date.
  • Handling correspondence—sorting incoming and outgoing emails and mail, and making sure messages reach the right people.
  • Liaising with vendors and service providers—from arranging office supplies to coordinating maintenance requests.
  • Preparing reports and presentations—helping compile data and format documents so the team always looks sharp.
