What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they feel comfortable the moment they step into our space.
- Maintaining the tidiness of office common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
- Assisting the admin team with filing, photocopying, and handling basic office tasks on request.
- Running small errands within the office or building as needed.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries.
- Supporting staff during busy periods — think: setting up for meetings, making sure supplies are stocked, and offering a helping hand where needed.
- Keeping a close eye on inventory so we never run out of essentials.
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year’s experience in an Admin Assistant or Office Boy role
- Familiarity with day-to-day office routines and housekeeping basics
- Polite, positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
- Residing in the UAE right now (we can only consider applicants currently inside the country)
- Basic communication skills in English — enough to understand instructions and greet visitors
