What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep meeting rooms, communal spaces, and workstations neat and well-supplied — no paper jam stands a chance against you.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services with care and accuracy.
  • Assist with basic data entry and maintain both digital and paper records (think: keeping files findable, not just filed).
  • Support team members with photocopying, printing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Help order and restock office supplies before anyone notices we’ve run out.
