About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you someone who finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Admin Assistant role at a dynamic logistics and trading company based in Al Qusais, Dubai. This isn’t just another desk job — you’ll play a pivotal part in making sure our daily operations stay on track, supporting teams that keep Dubai’s bustling trade and logistics sector moving forward. It’s a great opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

About the Company

We’re not your typical logistics and trading outfit. Our office buzzes with the energy of a team that genuinely enjoys solving problems together — quick chats over strong coffee, the occasional lunch outing, and a shared pride in moving goods (and ideas) across borders. Our leadership is hands-on, valuing both efficiency and a sense of humor. Here, everyone’s voice counts, whether you’re brainstorming during our weekly team huddles or pitching in to help another department hit a deadline. In a business where details matter, our culture is all about collaboration, trust, and mutual respect.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the daily rhythm of the office — from greeting visitors to ensuring supplies are stocked and everything’s in its place.
  • Handling documentation: organizing, filing, and maintaining both digital and physical records so that nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Coordinating with internal departments (think: procurement, HR, and operations) to make sure information flows smoothly.
  • Preparing straightforward reports — tracking orders, expenses, or attendance — and presenting them in an easy-to-read format.
  • Supporting procurement and HR teams with tasks like scheduling interviews, following up on purchase orders, and keeping records up to date.
  • Juggling multiple priorities with calm efficiency, even when things get a bit hectic (it’s logistics, after all!).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail — you notice the little things others might miss.
  • Experience managing office operations, documentation, or similar admin responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic report preparation.
  • Comfort communicating with colleagues across different teams and backgrounds.
  • Strong time management, able to switch gears and handle several tasks at once.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in logistics, trading, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with basic procurement or HR processes.
  • A knack for solving problems before they become headaches.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 5,000 per month.
  • Supportive team environment — you’ll never be left guessing what to do next.
