About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how a bustling perfume factory keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? As our next Administrative Coordinator in Al Ain, you’ll be at the heart of operations — ensuring that orders, correspondence, and schedules blend together as perfectly as our signature fragrances. If you thrive on juggling details and making things happen, this is a unique chance to join a growing industry that’s always evolving.
About the Company
We’re a passionate team driven by creativity and craft, making scents that leave a lasting impression across the Middle East and beyond. Our Al Ain facility isn’t just a factory — it’s where ideas are bottled and partnerships are cultivated. Here, you’ll find an open-door atmosphere, team lunches (the aroma is something else!), and a real sense of pride in the work we do every day. People who love building connections and aren’t afraid to dive into new projects tend to feel right at home with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing an active inbox: you’ll sort, respond to, and prioritize emails and all kinds of professional correspondence with a calm, can-do spirit.
- Tracking the life cycle of orders, from product samples to delivery confirmation — think of yourself as the conductor keeping everything in rhythm.
- Liaising daily with suppliers, shipping partners, and retailers to keep lines of communication clear and projects moving forward.
- Scheduling meetings, calendar management, and handling those logistical details that make everything look easy.
- Providing friendly, reliable administrative support so the team can focus on what they do best.
- Occasionally jumping in to support special projects — no two weeks are exactly the same here.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and Outlook — you don’t need to be a whiz, but steady and reliable.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills — professionalism, positivity, and clarity matter, in English and even a little Arabic if you have it.
- A knack for follow-up and follow-through; you never lose track of the details, no matter how many plates are spinning.
- Comfortable coordinating with people from various backgrounds: suppliers, shippers, team members, and clients.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, retail, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with basic office systems and a willingness to learn our (very friendly) internal tools.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
