What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a key point of contact between our clients, candidates, and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily communications
- Maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive documents with care and confidentiality
- Scheduling interviews, organizing files, and keeping our operations running like clockwork
- Supporting the team with visa, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for new hires
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise — because let’s face it, no two days are quite the same
- Assisting with basic HR and payroll tasks as required
- Bringing a positive, can-do attitude to the office, no matter how busy things get
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (1+ year preferred)
