About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the glue that keeps a thriving medical center running smoothly? As an Admin Coordinator at our Dubai-Deira location, you'll be at the heart of a bustling healthcare environment, making sure that every day flows seamlessly—patients greeted, documents sorted, schedules on track. With healthcare always in the spotlight, especially in a vibrant city like Dubai, this opportunity lets you play a vital, hands-on role right where it counts.

About the Company

Our medical center isn’t just a place patients visit for care — it’s where our team comes together each morning with a shared sense of purpose. We’ve grown steadily over the years, building our reputation on respect, empathy, and the belief that a well-organized support team can make all the difference. You’ll find us catching up over strong coffees between appointments and celebrating little wins at the end of challenging weeks. Here, attention to detail isn’t just appreciated — it’s essential. And yes, we really do remember each other’s birthdays!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude—think of yourself as the first smile they see.
  • Coordinating daily schedules for doctors and medical staff, juggling last-minute changes like a pro.
  • Handling patient records and sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Using computer systems to manage appointments, billing, and internal communications—accuracy matters!
  • Supporting administrative needs, from procurement to data entry, and jumping in wherever you’re needed most.
  • Communicating with insurance companies and external partners to support smooth operations.
  • Lending a hand with team projects, occasional events, and process improvements—your ideas are welcome here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Current residency in the UAE — you should already be here and ready to work.
  • Confident computer skills (basic software knowledge is a must; bonus points if you love spreadsheets).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role—healthcare experience is helpful, but not required.
  • A knack for organization, attention to detail, and staying calm when things get busy.
  • Clear communication skills in English; each day brings a diverse crowd.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Additional language abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog—our patients come from all walks of life).
  • Prior work in a medical center or healthcare setting.
  • Flexibility—can you adjust to changing priorities with a smile?

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive starting salary of AED 6,000 each month.
  • Two-year employment contract with renewable residency permit.
  • Comprehensive health insurance—your wellness matters to us, too.
  • Accommodation and transportation negotiable to fit your situation.
  • Warm, international team environment—applications are open to all nationalities.
  • Supportive management and genuine opportunities for growth (we love seeing our people move up).
  • Located in Dubai’s Deira district—close to the action and well-connected.

If you’re ready for an admin role where your work really means something—both to patients and your colleagues—you might just find your next work home with us.
