About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever thought about what it’s like to keep a fast-moving Dubai business running smoothly, day in and day out? We’re looking for both detail-driven Administrators and a dynamic Manager to join our growing team in Al Quoz. With salaries ranging from AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 (depending on role and what you bring to the table), this is the kind of opportunity that rewards experience, initiative, and a knack for getting things done. If you thrive in an environment where every day is a little different, you might just be who we’re searching for.

About the Company

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Al Quoz, our company is a trusted name when it comes to getting things done efficiently in Dubai’s thriving business landscape. We run on a healthy mix of ambition and collaboration, and our team is as diverse as the city itself—think after-work chai runs, supportive chats between colleagues, and more than a few friendly debates over the best lunch spots nearby. From the moment you step through our doors, you’ll sense the energy—everyone’s invested in each other’s success, and a sense of humor goes a long way here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Administrators

    • Handle daily office operations, ensuring the workplace stays organized and productive.
    • Communicate politely and professionally with clients, vendors, and team members—sometimes all in the same hour.
    • Prepare, review, and file essential documents; accuracy is key.
    • Support the team with scheduling, correspondence, and occasional event planning.
    • Jump in on special projects—no two weeks are quite the same.
  • Manager

    • Oversee administrative staff, guiding, training, and motivating the team to do their best work.
    • Develop and implement office policies to keep everything running like clockwork.
    • Liaise with higher management to report on milestones, team achievements, and any operational hiccups.
    • Spot process improvements and introduce solutions—your insights are valued.
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE workplace regulations.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous administrative or office management experience (role dependent).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a major plus).
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Solid organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Professional, positive attitude—you’re someone colleagues turn to when things get busy.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • UAE work experience or familiarity with local processes.
  • Knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in Dubai.
  • Experience with common office software (Word, Excel, Google Suite).
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (for Manager applicants).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Accommodation provided for selected employees—no more stressful flat hunts!
  • Work visa sponsorship included, so you can focus on settling in.
  • Competitive, experience-driven salary structure—rewarding both expertise and ambition.
  • Supportive, multicultural team atmosphere where ideas are welcomed (and celebrated).
  • Opportunities for career growth as the company expands and diversifies.
  • Social workspace vibe—think snacks in the break room and a helpful, approachable management team.

We know finding the right fit matters—to both us and you. If you’re seeking challenge, stability, and a genuinely welcoming group of colleagues, you’ll feel right at home here.

Note: Please be aware that our recruitment company applies a job application fee.
