What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving as the friendly, reliable point of contact—whether it’s greeting visitors at the front desk or coordinating with other departments
- Handling document preparation, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records you’d feel proud to show off
- Supporting HR tasks like onboarding new employees, handling documentation, and answering routine HR queries with a smile
- Managing appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and keeping calendars in tip-top shape for busy colleagues
- Assisting with travel logistics, accommodation booking, or office supply orders as needed
- Helping maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment (you’ll be the silent hero behind smooth operations!)
- Creating or updating spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence with an eagle eye for accuracy
- Jumping in to help wherever it’s needed—every day looks a little different, and that’s part of the fun
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a high degree of professionalism
- Solid written and spoken English skills
- Comfort with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)—quick learners are especially welcome
- A friendly, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous admin, HR, or front desk experience in the UAE
