About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself as the heartbeat of a company—the person everyone turns to when things need to get done smoothly? If you have a knack for organization, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy being that trusted go-to team member, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. We’re opening our doors in Burjuman, Dubai, and inviting both emerging and experienced administrative professionals to build something great with us. With opportunities ranging from Administrator and Receptionist to Document Controller and beyond, this is your chance to grow in a supportive, professional setting.

About the Company

Tucked right in the lively heart of Burjuman, our company is a growing hub for dedicated professionals who take pride in their work but know how to share a laugh, too. We believe in the big impact of small details—the magic an organized desk or a perfectly filed document can have on a hectic day. Our team is a blend of new talent and seasoned staff, and we celebrate each milestone, big or small. Expect energy, occasional office celebrations, and an environment where suggestions are heard and initiative is welcomed. If you like the sound of a team that anchors one another, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving as the friendly, reliable point of contact—whether it’s greeting visitors at the front desk or coordinating with other departments
  • Handling document preparation, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records you’d feel proud to show off
  • Supporting HR tasks like onboarding new employees, handling documentation, and answering routine HR queries with a smile
  • Managing appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and keeping calendars in tip-top shape for busy colleagues
  • Assisting with travel logistics, accommodation booking, or office supply orders as needed
  • Helping maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment (you’ll be the silent hero behind smooth operations!)
  • Creating or updating spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence with an eagle eye for accuracy
  • Jumping in to help wherever it’s needed—every day looks a little different, and that’s part of the fun

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a high degree of professionalism
  • Solid written and spoken English skills
  • Comfort with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)—quick learners are especially welcome
  • A friendly, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous admin, HR, or front desk experience in the UAE
  • Familiarity with document control systems
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes or office management
  • Multilingual abilities—especially Arabic, Tagalog, Hindi, or Urdu

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Visa and accommodation provided—takes the pressure off so you can focus on your future
  • Competitive, transparent salary structure (AED2500 - AED5000)
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team culture—every win is celebrated together
  • Centrally located in Burjuman, with easy access to metro and amenities
  • Professional growth encouraged: plenty of learning and cross-training for those who want to stretch their wings
  • Respect for work-life balance—no expectation to be “on” after hours
  • An environment where your suggestions genuinely matter

Our door is open to proactive, reliable, and friendly individuals who want to help make our office run at its best—and enjoy themselves along the way.
