What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role (Admin Assistant, Office Coordinator, Receptionist, HR Assistant, Office Secretary, Document Controller, or Front Desk Executive), you’ll:
- Greet visitors and clients with a genuine smile, ensuring everyone feels welcome from the moment they step in.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and daily schedules to keep the office humming along.
- Prepare, review, and manage important documents and records with accuracy and discretion.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence — you’re often the first point of contact for our business.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks, including onboarding paperwork and staff records.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a tidy work environment (because a little order goes a long way).
- Jump in to assist colleagues with special projects or urgent tasks — teamwork is second nature here.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 1 year of practical experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Currently residing in the UAE (we’re looking for candidates who can start soon).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with basic office software (think MS Office, email, printers, scanners).
- Friendly, reliable, and organized — you enjoy making life easier for those around you.
