What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your strengths and experience, here’s a taste of what your day-to-day might include:

  • Keeping the wheels turning smoothly: Manage schedules, organize documents, and handle day-to-day office operations with efficiency and care.
  • Supporting your colleagues: Whether it’s assisting with onboarding for new hires or helping out with event logistics, you’ll be the go-to problem solver.
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments: Build strong relationships and ensure clear, timely communication.
  • Improving admin processes: Spotting small inefficiencies? We want your suggestions—for everything from filing systems to workflow upgrades.
  • Handling confidential information: Trustworthiness is at the heart of this role; you’ll often be privy to sensitive data and need to manage it accordingly.
  • Depending on your level:
    • Admin Assistant: Everyday admin support, greeting visitors, updating records.
    • Admin Executive: Oversee team workflows, prepare reports, drive process improvements.
    • Admin Manager: Lead the admin team, set department goals, and work closely with leadership on strategic decisions.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Currently residing in the UAE.
  • Arab nationality (applications outside these criteria can’t be considered, unfortunately).
  • Prior experience in administrative roles (for higher-level positions, we’ll be looking for more extensive track records).
  • Solid English and Arabic communication skills—spoken and written.
  • A knack for problem-solving and keeping calm when surprises pop up.
  • Friendly, approachable attitude with a team-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational chops and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in the Dubai business landscape.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based office software and digital filing systems.
