Ever imagined yourself at the heart of Dubai’s vibrant hospitality scene, working where luxury meets legendary service? We’re looking for talented Administrative Staff (both male and female) to step into a key role within a renowned, high-end hotel in the prestigious Jumeira area. Whether you're currently a Dubai resident or visiting the emirate, if you have a knack for office coordination and thrive in polished, fast-paced environments, this could be your next big move. It’s an immediate start, so if you’re ready to make your mark, read on.

About Us

We’re not just any hotel — we’re a local institution where five-star elegance meets genuine warmth. Our management team prides itself on cultivating a home for both guests and employees, where attention to detail isn’t just a tagline, but a way of life. Our offices blend professionalism with personality; whether it’s the laughter drifting from our Friday coffee hours or the way you’ll find managers pitching in wherever they're needed, teamwork is truly at the core here. We’re all about blending tradition with innovation, and there’s genuine excitement around welcoming fresh faces as our hotel continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily office operations—from maintaining records and databases to handling correspondence with a smile.
  • Coordinating schedules and bookings for meetings, events, and VIP guest arrivals.
  • Serving as a liaison between departments, making sure requests, updates, and tasks don’t fall through the cracks.
  • Assisting management with executive-level admin, travel arrangements, and confidential matters.
  • Welcoming guests and visitors to the office, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and warmth of our brand.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements—your voice will matter here.
  • Juggling multiple admin priorities (and sometimes, last-minute surprises) with grace, accuracy, and composure.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in an office administration or hospitality admin role.
  • Confident user of standard office systems (think MS Office Suite, basic scheduling software).
  • Strong organizational skills and natural talent for coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Professional attitude and polished presentation—our office is an extension of our hotel’s luxury experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service environments.
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.).
  • Familiarity with hotel management software or CRM tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package—your skills and professionalism will be well rewarded.
  • Immediate start for the right candidates (no long wait around).
  • Diverse, supportive, and multilingual team—we truly value different backgrounds.
  • Opportunities for training and growth within a thriving luxury hospitality group.
  • Modern, elegant workspace just minutes from the beautiful Jumeira coastline.
  • Employee discounts on hotel stays, dining, and wellness facilities.
  • Other benefits include paid leave and regular staff appreciation events.
  • Hybrid potential: Most days are on-site, but we don’t shy away from flexibility when needed.

One note: This recruitment process is managed by a third-party agency, and a standard application fee applies.

Working here means you’re more than an administrator—you’ll be a valued member of a passionate management team, helping us set the gold standard for hospitality in Dubai. If you’re ready to step into a role that blends organization, elegance, and genuine opportunity, we can’t wait to meet you.
