Introduction
Looking for your next step in administration? Whether you’re a natural organizer, a front-desk superstar, or someone who finds satisfaction in keeping an office humming smoothly, we’d love to meet you. We’re urgently hiring for multiple Admin roles — from Administrative Officers to Office Administrators and Receptionists — right here in Al Qusais, Dubai. With our rapidly growing team and some uniquely practical perks, this is a great fit for those ready to roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact.
About the Company
Ours is a lively, close-knit team that believes in supporting each other through the daily ebb and flow of office life. We’ve carved out a reputation in Dubai for running a tight ship — but never at the expense of warmth. It’s common here to see a laughter-filled lunch break or spontaneous brainstorming session around the coffee machine. We’re scaling up, and our pace reflects it, but you’ll never feel like just another number. Every new hire shapes our story, and we’re excited to welcome someone who’s eager to do real work — and get recognized for it.

- Coordinating daily administrative tasks: Organize documents, handle schedules, and ensure that crucial details aren’t missed.
- Supporting the wider team: From booking transport or accommodations to arranging courier services — you’re the one who keeps the wheels turning.
- Maintaining records: Help us keep our files and information up to date, secure, and easy to access.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence: Whether it’s email, post, or parcel, you’ll make sure it goes to the right place, every time.
- Jumping in where needed: Sometimes the day throws surprises, and that’s when your flexibility shines.
- Assisting with onboarding new employees: Ensure they feel welcome, prepared, and informed right from the start.
