About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever had that moment where you’re on top of all the details—and everyone just breathes a sigh of relief knowing the admin side is sorted? At Next Move Group, we genuinely believe great administration is the heart of a thriving real estate team. We’re on the lookout for an experienced real estate Admin in Business Bay, Dubai—someone who brings order, energy, and an eye for opportunity to the table. If you’re eager to be the go-to support powering a fast-moving sales division, this could be your next chapter.

About the Company

Next Move Group is more than just another name in Dubai’s real estate landscape. We’re a tight-knit, growing team obsessed with making property deals feel human—whether we’re closing contracts or catching up over morning coffee. Our office in Business Bay is energetic and ambitious, but grounded, too; we know that behind every transaction is a story. Fridays are often capped off with team wins (occasionally with pastries involved), and we genuinely value both collaborative hustle and individual initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving as the heartbeat of our administrative operations, ensuring listings, contracts, and client records are accurate, organized, and accessible
  • Managing correspondence with clients, brokers, and internal sales agents—always with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinating property viewings, handling appointment schedules, and keeping an eye out for last-minute needs
  • Preparing and proofreading documents for listings, transactions, and compliance needs
  • Tracking deals in progress, updating CRM systems, and monitoring deadlines—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
  • Supporting the sales team with ad hoc admin tasks, and occasionally lending a hand with property marketing prep
  • Keeping the office supplies in check, and making sure our space remains welcoming for everyone (clients and colleagues alike)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in real estate administration or a related admin support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills—they’re not just words on your CV, they’re the way you work
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Solid familiarity with office software (Word, Excel, CRM platforms)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude—no problem is too small, no detail overlooked
  • Flexibility to handle a fast-paced, evolving workflow

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in Dubai’s real estate market or knowledge of local property regulations
  • Arabic language skills
  • Comfortable working with digital property marketing tools

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive base salary plus commission incentives for standout administration
  • Immediate start—jump right into a team that’s genuinely excited to meet you
  • Supportive colleagues who celebrate big wins and small milestones alike
  • Central Business Bay location—modern office, buzzing neighborhood
  • Clear opportunities for professional growth within the company as we expand
  • Occasional team lunches, learning sessions, and a culture that values your input

We know real estate can be a high-wire act sometimes, but at Next Move Group, you’ll never be walking that wire alone. Step in, bring your admin finesse, and help us shape unforgettable client experiences.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 6,000–8,000 AED per month for an experienced real estate administrator in Dubai, with the potential for higher earnings if commission incentives are included. Similar roles in the Business Bay area, especially with prior real estate experience, often fall within this range due to the fast-paced industry and the need for strong multitasking and communication skills. It's reasonable to negotiate towards the higher end if you bring local market knowledge or advanced digital skills to the table.
