About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about what it’s like to keep the gears turning behind the scenes in Dubai’s fast-paced security industry? As an administrative professional with our leading security firm in Sheikh Zayed, you’ll help shape the everyday efficiency that keeps clients and teams safe. We’re on the lookout for experienced administrators—regardless of gender—who understand the unique rhythms of security or management and want to make an impact in a field where details really matter.

About the Company

We’re more than just uniforms and surveillance cameras—our team is the invisible backbone to Dubai’s high standards of safety. Here, collaboration isn’t just a buzzword; it’s how we thrive. Our office perks? Think morning coffee runs, team chats about the best shawarma in town, and a management team that genuinely believes open doors are better than closed ones. As we grow to meet new demands, every member of our crew—whether in the field or at the desk—has a voice in how we do things.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly—no two days look the same.
  • Handling sensitive data and security records with trust and accuracy.
  • Coordinating between security staff, management, and clients to troubleshoot issues and facilitate solutions.
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and logistics (sometimes juggling multiple urgent priorities at once).
  • Assisting with updating internal systems and preparing essential reports for management review.
  • Supporting HR and onboarding processes for new team members (sometimes the first face new colleagues meet!).
  • Contributing ideas to improve procedures and keep the workplace running at its best.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in administration (bonus points if it’s within security or management sectors).
  • Professional communication—whether over the phone, email, or face to face.
  • Organization skills (you can’t help but make lists).
  • Comfort with basic computer and office software.
  • Reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company or client information.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with local Sheikh Zayed/Dubai regulations for the security industry.
  • Experience handling logistics or multi-team coordination.
  • Multilingual skills—Arabic or another language alongside English helps!

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive starting salary (from AED 4000 and varies based on what you bring to the team)
  • Company-provided accommodation to make settling in seamless
  • Medical insurance—we look out for our people, in and out of the office
  • Annual leave (everyone deserves some recharge time)
  • Professional, supportive team culture where your input is valued
  • Career growth opportunities as the company expands

You’ll join a place where no day feels wasted, people genuinely collaborate, and you can take pride in what your team accomplishes together. Please note: this recruitment process includes an application fee, supporting a transparent and professional selection experience.
