What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily office operations: paperwork, file management, and calendar scheduling—the works
- Greeting visitors and clients with that welcoming Dubai smile
- Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assisting senior admins or department heads with reports and routine correspondence
- Helping arrange company transport, staff accommodation, and travel tickets
- Filing, photocopying, and keeping the office supplies stocked (no one likes running out of paper!)
- Pitching in as needed—whether it’s helping at company events or organizing last-minute team meetings
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A positive, can-do attitude—organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Decent communication skills (English is a must; other languages a bonus)
- Currently residing inside the UAE
- Able to handle basic computer tasks (think: Word, Excel, email)
- Ready to work regular shifts in Barsha, Dubai
