About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you an organized multitasker who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? If you’ve ever wondered how the biggest construction projects in Dubai actually stay coordinated, here’s your chance to find out. Our client, a respected giant in Dubai’s construction landscape, is urgently seeking both male and female administrative professionals to strengthen their growing team in Deira. This isn’t just another desk job — it’s your invitation to be at the heart of the action, supporting landmark projects that shape the city skyline.
About the Company
Picture a place where blueprints become skyscrapers, and teams tackle new challenges daily — that’s the spirit here. Based in Deira, this company has long been a driving force behind some of Dubai’s key construction milestones. The workplace thrives on collaboration, with cross-department “huddle-up” mornings and a genuine appreciation for forward-thinkers and team players. New ideas are welcomed; attention to detail, celebrated. If you get a kick out of seeing tangible progress and enjoy an environment where no two days are quite the same, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day office administration, from scheduling site visits to keeping project documentation organized and easily accessible

- Coordinating leave, attendance, and HR records for on-site and office teams, with accuracy and discretion
- Handling internal communications to ensure updates, memos, and shift changes reach the right people at the right time
- Assisting with procurement administration by tracking supplies, liaising with vendors, and preparing documentation for approvals
- Providing hands-on support during site audits or safety inspections when needed
- Taking initiative to suggest process improvements, because here, even small ideas can make a big impact

- Respect for confidentiality and a team-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience supporting site operations, HR, or procurement teams
- Familiarity with construction-related documentation and basic safety procedures
