What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and managing calls with warmth — you might just be the first smile our clients see.
- Handling office documentation: filing, scanning, printing, and organizing records so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Maintaining schedules, booking appointments, and making sure calendars run like clockwork.
- Supporting HR with onboarding basics, document verification, and coordinating staff accommodations.
- Preparing simple reports, data entries, or team memos — clarity and accuracy are the goal.
- Assisting with procurement orders or coordinating with other departments if needed.
- Keeping the workspace orderly and managing inventory of simple office supplies.
- Jumping in to help with the little things — whether it’s arranging a last-minute meeting or lending a hand during busy periods.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (security industry experience is a bonus but not required)
- Comfort communicating in English, both spoken and written
