What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, document management, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinating between different departments to ensure timely delivery of paperwork and seamless communication.
- Assisting the accounting team with invoice tracking, basic bookkeeping, and reconciliation of records.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and organizing resource procurement when needed.
- Supporting HR with onboarding documents, leave records, and maintaining staff files.
- Drafting professional emails and internal memos – clarity and attention to detail are a must.
- Jumping in to assist with special projects or urgent admin assignments as they pop up.
