What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the backbone of office operations: From welcoming visitors to making sure supplies are stocked, you’ll help keep everything running seamlessly.
- Handle data entry with accuracy and care: Inputting critical information—names, numbers, and everything in between—so that our records are rock-solid.
- Support cross-department collaboration: Liaise with colleagues in HR, finance, and beyond to ensure everyone gets what they need, when they need it.
- Assist with filing and record-keeping: Physical and digital files both—your knack for organization keeps important documents where they belong.
- Contribute to daily admin tasks: Whether it’s prepping meeting rooms, sorting mail, or updating spreadsheets, you’re always ready to pitch in.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Resident of the UAE (currently living here)
- Strong communication skills—both written and spoken

- Familiarity with basic office software (email, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Dependable and proactive attitude
