What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the central point of contact for daily administrative operations — from managing schedules to coordinating internal communications.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism, whether it’s sensitive reports or personnel files.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes for new team members.
- Preparing, editing, and distributing correspondence, memos, and other key materials as needed.
- Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors to ensure the workplace stays efficient and well-equipped.
- Assisting management with logistics, event planning, and general operational tasks as they arise — no two days are quite the same.
- Maintaining digital and paper records, ensuring accurate organization and quick retrieval when needed.
- Collaborating with fellow admin staff to streamline processes and share best practices.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residency in the UAE.
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a professional office or security-related environment.
- Strong computer literacy — you’re comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Reliable organizational habits and a keen attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor, with the discretion to handle sensitive information.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in the security sector or a similar fast-paced industry.
