About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who thrives on order, collaboration, and keeping the wheels turning smoothly? We’re searching for an experienced Admin Supervisor to join our close-knit team at a well-established facility management company right here in Barsha, Dubai. This isn’t just another admin role—think of it as the nerve center for everything that keeps our operations humming. If you’re passionate about organizing, leading, and making a visible impact in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right fit for you.
About the Company
We’re proud of our reputation for delivering reliable facility management solutions to some of Dubai’s busiest properties. What sets us apart? Our team-first mentality and our genuine commitment to growth, both as a company and as individuals. We value open communication—morning catch-ups are sacred—and love a lively debate about which coffee shop makes the best karak nearby. With us, you’re not just a number; you’re part of a real team that celebrates hard work and occasionally gets a bit too competitive during monthly trivia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily office administration to ensure everything runs on schedule (and, ideally, a little ahead of it)
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to streamline processes and prevent miscommunication
- Preparing, reviewing, and refining reports—accuracy and attention to detail are your calling cards
- Supervising and guiding junior admin staff, offering support, mentorship, and the occasional pep talk
- Jumping in to troubleshoot issues as they arise—because around here, no two days look quite the same
- Supporting HR tasks as needed, from onboarding paperwork to staff leaves and records
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies and arranging timely restocking (no one likes the last paper clip surprise!)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in administration, ideally with some time spent in facility management or a similar fast-paced industry
- Strong team supervision and leadership skills: you’re comfortable guiding others and stepping up when there’s a crunch
- Clear, confident communication—whether you’re chatting with team leads or firing off a status update over email
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and a knack for learning new tools when needed
- Currently residing in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in multiple languages (English is a must; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
- Prior experience supporting HR or payroll tasks
- A good sense of humor (trust us, it helps some days!)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
