What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily administrative operations to keep our office running like clockwork
  • Providing support to both the management team and your fellow staff members with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Acting as a point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring everyone feels welcome and attended to
  • Drafting and translating routine correspondence in both Arabic and English
  • Assisting with record-keeping, data entry, and maintaining organized digital and paper files
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, from preparing paperwork to guiding them through orientation
  • Handling general office tasks—think ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and making sure the workspace stays tidy
  • Jumping in to help wherever you’re needed (we’re a team, after all)

What You’ll Bring

  • Female candidate, currently residing in the Emirates
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
