About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you someone who thrives on keeping things running like clockwork behind the scenes? If you’re ready to take the next step in your administrative career, our opening for an Admin Supervisor in Al Quoz, Dubai, might just be your perfect fit. We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves—and has a knack for smoothing out the edges of busy day-to-day office life. In today’s fast-evolving business world, organizations need people who bring both reliability and a human touch; perhaps that’s you.
About the Company
Located in the bustling heart of Al Quoz, our company stands out for bringing people together—both in the workplace and through the services we offer. We pride ourselves on fostering a tightly-knit atmosphere (yes, even among our admin team!), where collaboration and open communication aren’t just buzzwords but the norm. While we work hard, we also believe in celebrating the small wins: whether it’s a birthday cake in the breakroom or the friendly Friday morning banter over coffee. We’re not a huge corporate entity—think more agile, supportive, and always ready to lend a hand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring the office environment is organized and stress-free.
- Supervise and guide a small team of admin staff—think “mentor,” not “micromanager.”
- Coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and support internal and external communications.
- Manage office supplies procurement (yes, you’ll be the reason we never run out of printer paper).
- Liaise with HR for onboarding, payroll, and attendance tracking.
- Review and improve administrative processes to keep our workflows sharp and efficient.
- Address facility or maintenance needs—if something’s not right, you’re on it.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees to keep everyone’s day running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least one year’s experience in a similar admin supervisory or coordinator role—ideally in the UAE.
- Currently residing anywhere in the UAE (so you’re familiar with the local vibe and logistics).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities—you enjoy being the calm at the center of the storm.
- Confident communication skills in English (bonus if you’re comfortable with basic Arabic, but not required).
- Comfortable using MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and basic office tech.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience handling government portals or company-related documentation in Dubai.
- A knack for process improvement or experience with digitizing office systems.
- Willingness to pitch in outside your traditional “job description” when needed.
Not sure you check every single box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive starting salary of AED5000.
- Two-year residency permit and a renewable employment contract—stability you can count on.
- Comprehensive health insurance to give you peace of mind.
- Additional employee benefits (think annual leave, statutory holidays, and more).
- Supportive, collaborative environment—teamwork is our cornerstone.
- Al Quoz location that’s accessible and buzzing with life.
- Opportunities for learning and growth, both formal and informal.
We know the admin team is the glue that holds the office together. If you want to be appreciated for the essential work you do—and have room to grow—this is the place to put down roots.
