About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself at the heart of a thriving office, making sure everything ticks along like clockwork? As our new Administration Supervisor in busy Barsha, Dubai, you’ll have the chance to do just that—steering the daily operations, supporting a dynamic team, and keeping our corporate engine running smoothly. With our company growing fast and new challenges around every corner, this is a real opportunity to leave your mark on how things get done.
About the Company
Our roots run deep in Dubai’s diverse business ecosystem, and we’ve built our reputation on reliability, a people-first mindset, and above all, trust. Our offices are spaces where collaboration trumps hierarchy—a brainstorming session at the coffee machine isn’t unusual, and Friday demo days? We take them seriously (with coffee, of course!). Our team is a mix of driven professionals from all walks of life; we value fresh ideas, support ambition, and celebrate wins (big and small) together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks, making sure no detail slips through the cracks.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the office admin team—because people are at the core of what we do.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and managing office schedules without ever missing a beat.
- Keeping records and documentation impeccably organized and up-to-date.
- Ensuring smooth cross-departmental workflows so deliverables move efficiently from A to B.
- Managing office supplies, liaising with vendors, and handling facility needs as they come up.
- Supporting onboarding for new hires—those first days matter, and you help set the tone.
- Troubleshooting problems before they become bottlenecks or headaches.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience supervising administration or office operations (ideally in a fast-paced setting).
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills—juggling priorities is second nature to you.
- Strong communication and people management abilities; you know how to keep a team motivated.
- High attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work from our Barsha office in Dubai.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in corporate environments in Dubai (or the broader UAE).
- Familiarity with HR processes or onboarding practices.
- Comfort with cloud-based admin tools or office software beyond the basics.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Two-year residency sponsorship—settle in, plan ahead, feel at home.
- Company-provided accommodation so you can focus on work (and exploration) instead of apartment hunting.
- Health insurance for peace of mind.
- Transport provided—no commute headaches.
- Be part of a close-knit, supportive team where your contribution genuinely matters.
- A chance to shape processes within a growing organization, not just maintain the status quo.
There’s a real sense of momentum here; we’re building something special, and we want you to be a part of it. (Note: There is a standard job application fee as part of our recruitment process.)
