What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising the administrative aspects of current and upcoming construction and contracting projects
- Coordinating project documentation, schedules, and team communications to keep everything running like clockwork
- Liaising between project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure information is clear and timely
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees: contracts, permits, and essential paperwork
- Monitoring administrative workflows and innovating ways to improve procedures and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with local UAE regulations and company policies on every project
- Supporting budget tracking and resource allocation for multiple teams
- Troubleshooting day-to-day challenges—whether it’s a missing invoice or a last-minute change in plans
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or supervisory experience (inside or outside of the UAE)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—juggling priorities feels natural to you
- Strong communication abilities in English (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of project management tools, spreadsheets, and document systems
- Proactive mindset with an eye for problem-solving
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous work experience in construction, engineering, or contracting
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and residency permit processes
- Additional language skills (Arabic or others)
