This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in making sure things are running smoothly, no matter how complex the operation. If you've got organizational talent and a knack for bringing teams together, we’d love to hear your perspective.

About the Company

We’re a leading contracting firm whose work you might recognize every time you stroll through Dubai Marina. Our team isn't just about impressive projects—we’re a close-knit crew with a “get things done” attitude and a genuine respect for each other’s expertise. Collaboration is our north star, and there’s always room for a laugh (or a strong cup of coffee) during tight deadlines. Here, you’ll find that feedback flows both ways, and new hires are treated like valuable contributors from day one.

  • Monitoring administrative workflows and innovating ways to improve procedures and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with local UAE regulations and company policies on every project
  • Supporting budget tracking and resource allocation for multiple teams
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day challenges—whether it’s a missing invoice or a last-minute change in plans

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or supervisory experience (inside or outside of the UAE)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—juggling priorities feels natural to you
  • Strong communication abilities in English (spoken and written)
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of project management tools, spreadsheets, and document systems
  • Proactive mindset with an eye for problem-solving

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous work experience in construction, engineering, or contracting
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and residency permit processes
  • Additional language skills (Arabic or others)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package (AED 8000–8500)
  • Two-year residency permit provided
  • Health insurance included from day one
  • Formal employment contract for peace of mind
  • Vibrant location in the heart of Dubai Marina
  • Culture that supports learning, mentorship, and regular team check-ins
  • Opportunities to work on landmark projects and grow your career within a leading firm
  • Hybrid mix of office coordination and site visits for variety in your workweek

We know administrative work forms the backbone of great projects—here, you’ll never be overlooked. If you’re looking for stability, growth, and a collaborative workplace, we might just be your next team.
