About the Company
We’re a well-established construction firm with our headquarters in the heart of Business Bay. While our projects may tower over Dubai, our team remains close-knit, supportive, and energized by each new build. You’ll notice that we celebrate milestones—big and small—and you’ll find as much camaraderie over lunch breaks as you will during project completions. Our philosophy is simple: if you’re willing to learn, we’re ready to welcome you.

- Supporting the team in preparing, filing, and managing documents—think contracts, invoices, and permits
- Greeting visitors, directing calls, and offering general support to colleagues and site teams
- Helping arrange schedules and coordinating meetings (sometimes at the last minute—construction is busy!)
- Pitching in with various tasks as they arise; every day’s a little different
- Learning the ropes alongside more experienced team members—no question is a silly question here

Must-Haves:
- Residency in the UAE (this is non-negotiable, as you’ll need to start working here very soon)
- An eager-to-learn attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliability, punctuality, and a sense of accountability—we’re counting on you, after all
- No previous experience required, and English language skills are not mandatory
Nice-to-Haves:
- Any basic awareness of office routines or admin work (but seriously, we’ll train you from scratch)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
