About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Looking to take your first step into the world of construction administration? As an Admin Supervisor with our dynamic team in Dubai’s Business Bay, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our operations running smoothly—no prior experience required. If you’re already in the UAE and ready for a new opportunity, this is your chance to join a fast-paced industry that’s literally shaping the city’s skyline.

About the Company

We’re a well-established construction firm with our headquarters in the heart of Business Bay. While our projects may tower over Dubai, our team remains close-knit, supportive, and energized by each new build. You’ll notice that we celebrate milestones—big and small—and you’ll find as much camaraderie over lunch breaks as you will during project completions. Our philosophy is simple: if you’re willing to learn, we’re ready to welcome you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with daily office organization to ensure everything is in its right place
  • Supporting the team in preparing, filing, and managing documents—think contracts, invoices, and permits
  • Greeting visitors, directing calls, and offering general support to colleagues and site teams
  • Helping arrange schedules and coordinating meetings (sometimes at the last minute—construction is busy!)
  • Pitching in with various tasks as they arise; every day’s a little different
  • Learning the ropes alongside more experienced team members—no question is a silly question here

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Residency in the UAE (this is non-negotiable, as you’ll need to start working here very soon)
  • An eager-to-learn attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a sense of accountability—we’re counting on you, after all
  • No previous experience required, and English language skills are not mandatory

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Any basic awareness of office routines or admin work (but seriously, we’ll train you from scratch)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Secure a two-year UAE residency permit and a renewable employment contract
  • Competitive salary in the range of AED4000–5000 per month
  • Friendly, team-oriented office culture with plenty of on-the-job support and training
  • Prime office location in Business Bay—easy to reach and always buzzing
  • Genuine opportunity to build skills in office administration and project support
  • Stable work hours and a respectful, multicultural environment

At the end of the day, this is a place where entry-level newcomers are welcome and everyday growth is encouraged. If you’re ready to be part of a hardworking team building Dubai’s future, we’d love to meet you.

  • If you’re not sure how to complete an admin task, what will your process be to find the right answer or ask for help?
  • Can you describe any previous situations—either at school, a part-time job, or elsewhere—where you needed to show up regularly and be counted on by your team?
  • How would you welcome a visitor and make sure they feel comfortable while they wait to meet with a team member?
  • Tell us about a time when you had to adapt quickly to a new environment or routine. How did you manage, and what helped you settle in?

  • This workplace is multicultural and collaborative. How would you go about building good relationships with colleagues from different backgrounds?
  • The team here values a willingness to learn. Can you share an example of when you learned something new on the job or in another setting?
  • Have you ever had to handle several different requests from multiple people at the same time? How did you prioritize or communicate your progress?
  • Why are you interested in working in construction administration, and what excites you most about joining a team that’s shaping Dubai’s skyline?
