What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy office in Al Qusais
- Assist with basic record keeping, file management, and updating internal databases
- Communicate with team members, management, and candidates to coordinate schedules and answer basic inquiries
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, helping them settle in and understand company processes
- Help monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for re-stocking—never let us run out of coffee!
- Ensure office spaces remain organized, welcoming, and in line with company standards
- Listen to feedback from staff and suggest improvements for administrative systems
- Handle simple troubleshooting for office equipment (think: printers, not rocket science)
What You’ll Bring

- Current residence in the UAE (required — we can’t sponsor from abroad)
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn on the job
- Basic computer skills (email, typing, familiarity with simple online forms)
