What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Administrative Staff
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, always being ready with a smile and assistance
- Handle booking inquiries, phone calls, and coordinate communications between departments
- Keep front- and back-of-house records organized — think guest files, supply inventories, and HR docs
- Manage daily correspondence, from urgent requests to friendly follow-ups
- Support event planning and logistics for hotel functions and conferences
- Help streamline office workflows, suggesting improvements as you see them
Hotel Manager
- Lead, motivate, and develop a close-knit team — stepping in with guidance (or humor) when needed
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless, top-tier guest experience
- Address escalated guest concerns with poise and a solutions-oriented approach
- Monitor occupancy levels, finances, and performance metrics, sharing regular reports with upper management
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance, and other partners to keep everything running smoothly
- Foster a workplace culture of inclusivity, positivity, and accountability
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves
- For Administrative Staff: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people-first attitude
- For Hotel Manager: Proven experience in a hospitality management role (preferably luxury), and a knack for leadership
