What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and ensuring high performance in daily tasks
  • Coordinating office operations to maintain a seamless working environment
  • Preparing a variety of reports for different internal departments and leadership
  • Handling key communication tasks—emails, meeting agendas, internal memos, and external correspondence
  • Troubleshooting workflow obstacles, streamlining processes, and finding smarter ways for the office to function
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact between departments, ensuring information flows accurately and quickly
  • Managing document filing systems and handling confidential records with care
  • Supporting HR or facility needs as they pop up, from onboarding new hires to coordinating office maintenance

  • Previous experience supervising or leading administrative staff
