About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how those sleek, architectural masterpieces across the UAE come to life, shimmering under the desert sun? If you have a knack for turning raw materials into exceptional aluminum solutions—and want to see your expertise transform building facades and interiors all over the country—this could be just the opportunity for you. We’re seeking a seasoned Aluminum Engineer who already calls the UAE home, ready to become an essential part of a close-knit, highly skilled team. Your experience will help us set the standard for quality craftsmanship and innovation in the aluminum industry.

About the Company

We’re not just another subcontractor. Our team is built around a shared pride in taking projects from concept to completion—sometimes working odd hours so the final installation is perfect, or celebrating small wins when a challenging design finally comes together. Our company has seen steady growth in both large-scale commercial projects and custom residential work, which means you’ll be working alongside people who genuinely care about getting the details right, supporting one another, and building lasting relationships with clients. Friday lunches tend to turn into brainstorming sessions, and no one hesitates to lend a hand on-site or in the workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end coordination of aluminum works—including manufacturing, installation, and on-site project management.
  • Supervising skilled work teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven execution of all activities.
  • Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop technical solutions that impress.
  • Troubleshooting challenges on the fly—whether it’s a tight installation schedule or an unexpected site condition.
  • Liaising confidently in English with clients, consultants, suppliers, and fellow engineers to keep projects on track.
  • Conducting site inspections, quality assessments, and progress reporting to ensure every milestone is hit.
  • Driving to project sites across the UAE (don’t worry, you’ll have a company vehicle for that).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Demonstrated experience in aluminum manufacturing, installation, and project management (really, experience is key here—if you can tell a riveting story about crane logistics, we’re all ears).
  • Excellent spoken and written English for seamless communication with multinational teams and clients.
  • Valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel between sites.
  • Strong supervisory skills—able to inspire and organize work teams, even under pressure.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with high-profile or technically challenging projects in the GCC.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards related to aluminum works.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, reflecting your expertise and impact.
  • Company vehicle and fuel allowance for convenient site visits.
  • Supportive, family-like team environment—everyone pulls together.
  • Diverse and exciting project portfolio that keeps things interesting.
  • Opportunities to grow your leadership skills and take ownership of projects.
  • Regular team lunches, real mentorship, and recognition for going above and beyond.

We know what it’s like to work hard and see your ideas take shape—here, your work truly stands out. If you’re looking for professional respect and a genuinely collaborative spirit, you’ll feel right at home.

  • Tell us about a challenging installation or site condition you faced in the UAE. How did you troubleshoot the issue and what was the outcome?
  • What experience do you have reviewing architectural drawings or technical specifications for aluminum applications? Any strategies you use to spot potential problems in advance?
  • When supervising skilled workers, how do you delegate tasks and keep morale high, especially during tight deadlines or when working unconventional hours?
  • Can you describe your familiarity with UAE or GCC-specific aluminum building codes and how you’ve ensured compliance on past projects?
  • Imagine you arrive at a site and discover a crucial shipment of material has been delayed. How would you handle the situation to keep the project moving?
  • Sometimes clients make last-minute requests or changes. Can you share an example of how you managed expectations and delivered a solution that kept everyone happy?
  • How do you approach building strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, or consultants from diverse backgrounds?
  • What’s your method for conducting site inspections and quality assessments? Are there particular details you never overlook?
  • Our team puts a lot of value on supporting each other. Can you share an example of how you’ve contributed to a team’s success beyond your direct responsibilities?
  • How do you stay motivated and organized when driving between multiple sites or managing several projects simultaneously?
  • What excites you most about taking on both large-scale and bespoke residential projects in the aluminum sector?
  • In your view, what makes a company atmosphere truly collaborative, and how do you see yourself contributing to that kind of workplace?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a seasoned Aluminum Engineer with strong project management and on-site coordination experience in the UAE, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 10,000 to 15,000 AED. Similar roles in the architectural and construction sector, particularly those requiring both supervisory skills and technical expertise, typically fall within this bracket, with additional perks like a company vehicle and travel allowance often included.
