What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the end-to-end coordination of aluminum works—including manufacturing, installation, and on-site project management.
- Supervising skilled work teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven execution of all activities.
- Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop technical solutions that impress.
- Troubleshooting challenges on the fly—whether it’s a tight installation schedule or an unexpected site condition.
- Liaising confidently in English with clients, consultants, suppliers, and fellow engineers to keep projects on track.
- Conducting site inspections, quality assessments, and progress reporting to ensure every milestone is hit.
- Driving to project sites across the UAE (don’t worry, you’ll have a company vehicle for that).
What You’ll Bring
