What You’ll Be Doing
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping aluminum materials to precise specifications
- Assembling frames, partitions, and structures using a range of tools (from saws to drills and rivet guns)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work orders, and layout plans
- Fitting and installing finished aluminum products — from simple window frames to complex shopfront assemblies
- Checking your work for accuracy, strength, and clean finishes
- Collaborating with fellow fabricators and installers to prioritize safety and workflow efficiency
- Keeping your work area organized and equipment well-maintained
- Jumping in with a helpful hand wherever production needs it most
What You’ll Bring
- Proven hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication (cutting, assembling, and fitting — you’re comfortable with all three)
- Relevant UAE experience (you know local standards, and you’re familiar with the unique working environment in the Emirates)

- Familiarity with common hand and power tools for metal work
