About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious about making a real difference in the growing home healthcare sector? We’re on the lookout for an Arabic-speaking Female Admin Coordinator who’s ready to bring compassion, organization, and a touch of humanity to our busy centre in Deira, Dubai. If you’re keen to combine your administrative skills with your heart for healthcare, this might just be your next rewarding move. Here, your ability to connect, coordinate, and care sets you apart — and yes, if you happen to have a nursing background, you’re already speaking our language.

About the Company

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Deira, our Home Healthcare Centre has built its reputation around thoughtful, personalized care — not just for our patients, but for our team too. We believe collaboration and empathy lay the foundation for great healthcare. Most mornings, you’ll find us gathered for a quick check-in coffee, swapping stories, supporting one another, and even debating the best shawarma spots nearby. We’re a close-knit team navigating real challenges together, and we rely on each other to keep things running smoothly, both behind the scenes and at the bedside.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the friendly first point of contact for both patients and staff, whether in person or on the phone – your welcoming presence matters.
  • Keeping patient records and appointment schedules impeccably organized (details are your superpower).
  • Coordinating between nurses, doctors, families, and management, ensuring everyone’s on the same page and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Handling general office administration: from managing inventory and supplies to coordinating staff schedules and transportation.
  • Supporting compliance processes, documentation, and following up on insurance or visa paperwork as needed.
  • Pitching in wherever necessary to keep our day-to-day operations seamless — we’re big on teamwork here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in Arabic, with strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Female candidates only, as per cultural and client preferences.
  • Direct experience in admin coordination, ideally in healthcare or a related sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you love when everything’s in its place.
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join us immediately.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Nursing background or previous experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Comfortable using standard computer applications (MS Office, scheduling tools).
  • Natural empathy and the ability to stay calm in fast-paced or sensitive situations.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary between AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month, with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
  • Supportive, multicultural team that values your input and treats you like family.
  • Professional development — learning on the job, with opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Central Deira location with easy access to public transport and local amenities.
  • A sense of purpose every single day — you’ll see the impact of your work firsthand in the lives of our patients and their families.

Work here, and you’ll quickly discover why so many of our team stay with us — it’s the people, the mission, and the opportunity to grow that make this place feel like more than just a job.
