What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a vital link between nurses, patients, and their families—keeping everyone informed and connected.
- Manage patient scheduling and make sure the right professional arrives at the right home on time.
- Assist in handling documentation and patient records, with careful attention to confidentiality.
- Respond to patient inquiries (often in both Arabic and English) and resolve immediate issues or route them to the specialist best able to help.
- Help new nurses get oriented, from explaining protocols to showing them where the best coffee is brewed.
- Coordinate with external partners—think labs or suppliers—when appointments or deliveries need arranging.
- Maintain a cheerful, solutions-driven presence even when the phone won’t stop ringing.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Nursing background, preferably with hands-on experience in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
